Bespoke Cruise Holidays booking conditions

Let’s start a business relationship

These booking conditions are in addition to those of my parent company; Cruise & Travel Holidays, and those of any cruise line or tour operator.

Please read all information carefully before entering into a contract to use my travel services as your agent.

Enquiring about a cruise holiday with me, establishes a travel agent/client contract.

  • As a luxury cruise specialist, I provide a valuable service, with most of my expertise provided free of charge, including cruise-only bookings, and standard cruise & flight bookings.

For more complex travel arrangements, such as twin-centre with multiple parts, or multiple-centre holidays, I charge a minimal planning fee.

This fee is designed to maintain mutual respect throughout the enquiry and consultation process and is fully refundable upon the completion of your booking.
This fee reflects the added complexity of your travel requirements. I will personally manage your booking from start to finish, ensuring you are fully supported and never left to handle any issues that may arise along the way.

My fee for a twin or multiple-centre holiday will be up to £150.00 per person - payable upon receipt of an invoice.

Booking & Payment Information

  • Non-refundable deposit required to secure any booking

  • Flexible Payment Options: Instalments available

  • Final balance due no later than 3 months before departure

Non-disclosure of suppliers

  • To create the perfect tailor-made quote, several suppliers may be involved. Due to the complexity of this process, the quote will be provided as a complete package, and itemised pricing will not be available.

  • Creating bespoke travel packages requires time, careful attention, and thorough research. As such, until a quote is accepted and a deposit is received, Bespoke Cruise Holidays will not disclose any details or research related to your itinerary.

  • Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit is paid to Bespoke Cruise Holidays, the booking is non-transferable to any other person, company, travel professional, or organisation, due to services already rendered.

  • A non-refundable deposit, determined by the operator, is required to secure any booking. However, payments can be made in instalments, with the final balance due no later than three months before departure.

  • Cancellation charges are determined by the cruise line or tour operator, not by Bespoke Cruise Holidays or Cruise & Travel Holidays. However, for services already rendered, and except in cases of extenuating circumstances beyond your control, if a cancellation occurs after the deposit has been paid but before the date of travel, I reserve the right to charge a £100 fee per booking, to be paid directly.

Passports, visas & Travel Insurance

  • The information around passport requirements is available on the UK Government website. Your passport must have been issued within the last 10 years and including 6 months validity from the expected return date. For visa and entry information, please see the Foreign Travel Advice website. The ultimate responsibility for all requirements lies with the traveller, not with me. Further advice is available on the ABTA website.

  • Travel insurance is typically a requirement for all tour operators and cruise lines, as it provides protection for items not covered by any legal protections. If you choose not to accept the travel insurance offered by the tour operator or cruise line, it will be your sole responsibility to arrange suitable travel insurance that meets your needs as soon as your holiday is booked and a deposit is made.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned date of travel and return to the UK. This also applies to the research and application of any visa requirements for your intended holiday destinations. Bespoke Cruise Holidays will not be held responsible for any travel disruptions arising from inaccurate or incomplete documentation.

  • Please ensure that you have checked the immunisations required for your destination.

Group Travel Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Groups of more than 8 people require non-refundable deposits to secure reservations.

  • Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended to have mandatory travel insurance to recover costs in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  • Cancellations & Penalties: Cancellations will incur penalties unless a replacement traveller is found.

  • Reservation Transfers: Guests may transfer their reservation to another traveller but will not receive a refund.

  • Payment Plans: Payment plans are available, with non-refundable milestone payments.

  • Strict Payment Terms: Payments must be made in stages, with strict non-refundable terms applying after certain dates.
