Meet Your Personal Cruise Specialist

My passion: Planning your luxury cruise holiday

A smiling woman in a black, polka dot jumpsuit with sunglasses on her head standing on a ship's deck, holding the ship's steering wheel with the sea and mountains in the background.

Hi, I’m Lorraine,

I have always loved travelling, starting as a young travel agent in 1991, selling everything from UK breaks to luxury hotels & Concorde, but I could see that cruises were just over the horizon.

I love cruising, without even knowing I would, becoming a cruise specialist before stepping foot on a ship. What other kind of holiday lets you explore multiple incredible destinations in luxury and comfort, all while only unpacking once?

As an independent specialist, I don’t answer to specific cruise lines; I answer only to you. I take the time to truly listen to your travel wishes, matching your unique preferences to the ideal ship, suite, and itinerary.

From your first inquiry until you return safely home, I manage every fine detail with a complimentary concierge service.

Let's take the stress out of planning and design your next extraordinary voyage together.

Luxury Hits Different

On A Smaller Ship

Everything feels more personal, more immersive, and far less crowded. Instead of thousands of passengers competing for space and attention, smaller ships create an atmosphere where service becomes intuitive, experiences feel exclusive, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. You can slip into hidden harbours larger ships simply can’t reach, linger longer in destinations, and enjoy a pace of travel that feels refined rather than rushed.

It all starts with me

Because luxury travel should feel personal…

…From the very first conversation. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all holidays or generic itineraries, I don’t take my recommendations from Google or AI, because I have lived them. I take the time to understand how you love to travel, what inspires you, and the kind of experiences you’ll still be talking about years from now.

What’s Your Cruising Style?

  • 2 Luxury cruise ships

    Traditional Boutique-Style Cruising

You don’t have to go high-end to enjoy smaller ships. Carrying between 670 and 1,390 guests, these premium cruise lines offer the perfect balance between larger ships and the ultra-luxury, by offering a relaxed, destination-focused experience.
Slip into intimate harbours that larger ships simply cannot reach.

  • luxury yacht ship

    Yacht-Style Cruising

On yachts accommodating between 100 & 350 passengers, for a more refined & intimate experience. These cruises offer a strong focus on immersive, destination-led travel, itineraries are carefully curated to include both iconic and lesser-visited ports, often with extended time ashore.

  • Luxury tall ship

    Tall-Ship Cruising

The tall-ships accommodate between 148 & 342 passengers. Step aboard, where travel feels worlds away from the ordinary. Experience the spine-tingling moment the sails rise and the wind takes hold.

  • Luxury river cruise ship

    Deluxe River Cruising

A river cruise ship accommodates, on average, 150 passengers in Europe, and far less in exotic destinations. While an ocean cruise takes you around the destination, a luxury river cruise takes you straight through it.
Unpack just once to journey through the historic heart of Europe or further afield, docking steps away from iconic landmarks and local vineyards.

  • Luxury cruise ship

    All-Inclusive Ultra-Luxury Cruising

Going all-in on the ultra-luxury, without compromise, these ships accommodate between 388 & 800 passengers, with standard-setting elegance, completely all-inclusive fine dining, intuitive butler service, and uncrowded ships designed for pure relaxation.

  • A large cruise ship navigating through icy waters with floating ice chunks, under a cloudy sky.

    Expedition & Adventure -Style Cruising

An expedition ship accommodates between 100 & 274 passengers, which allows for a more inclusive & flexible experience, with access to remote destinations larger ships simply cannot reach.
Journey to the ends of the earth; from Antarctica to the Galápagos, guided by world-class naturalists without sacrificing 5-star comfort.

Dive Deeper Into The Destinations

Extend your cruise holiday

Imagine your holiday beginning before you even step on board, or continuing long after you disembark - the kind of journey you never want to end.

When you’re travelling so far, it makes sense to make the most of every moment. By adding a land extension or stopover to your cruise holiday, you can enjoy the best of both worlds: unforgettable experiences on land, paired with the luxury of life at sea (or river).

How about:

  • Creating an ultimate rail & sail holiday? Cruise & luxury rail journeys through Europe, India, & Alaska/Canada.

  • Making sure to spend time in your embarkation or debarkation city by staying an extra couple of days.

  • Exploring beyond the cruise on a luxury cruise-tour holiday, with hotels, transfers & excursions all included.

  • Indulging in your passions & love of travel with friends & loved ones.

Whatever journey you’ve been dreaming of, I can create an itinerary designed entirely around you. Ready to explore your options?

  • "If you are looking for ultra-luxury without the stuffiness, Hapag-Lloyd is unmatched. Their small, five-star ships offer the highest space-per-passenger ratio at sea, paired with exceptional fine dining and immersive itineraries." — Lorraine

  • Maximum 500 passengers & 230 on expedition ships

  • Large pool suitable for swimming lengths with retractable roof

  • All-veranda staterooms with the lead-in being 376 sq ft & large suites

  • Laid-back atmosphere & light, airy decor. Very spacious with wide corridors, I felt like I was in a luxury hotel rather than on a ship

  • Onboard zodiacs for exploring private beaches & inlets

  • Onboard e-bikes for touring

  • No two itineraries are the same, if you do a back-to-back cruise, there will be no repeat ports.

River Cruise line Of The Month - June

"Scenic completely redefines 'all-inclusive'. From your private butler and complimentary shore excursions, including their famous e-bikes, to a stocked in-suite mini-bar, you will never have to lift a finger or look at a bill." — Lorraine

  • The crew were young & fun, but also professional and attentive

  • The vibe is casual & laid-back with a contemporary design

  • All inclusive; all your wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks, shore excursions & private events

  • Large staterooms & suites with lead-in windows. I would always recommend a veranda which is open or closed to the elements

  • Onboard e-bikes for touring

  • Salt-therapy lounge, spa treatments, small pool, and gym

  • The food was phenomenal at every meal, with a special seven-course meal one night during your cruise

  • "She took care of everything"

"There can be a lot of things to consider when looking for a cruise holiday. All the worry about what different options mean, the best routes to go and is it going to deliver the experience you want given the price tag. We had none of that, we chatted to Lorraine and she took care of everything for us. Now all we have to do is look forward to a spectacular trip."

    Chris Tarttelin

  • "Super knowledgeable"

"Lorraine has helped us book an incredible cruise to Alaska later this year to celebrate a special occasion. She is super knowledgeable on all things cruising (which we are not!) and super patient with me as I mull over things a lot! Thanks so much Lorraine hope we can book another with you soon."

    Karen Proctor

  • "Friendly & trustworthy"

"I have just booked a multigenerational family holiday with Lorraine’s help.. I would recommend her services in a heart beat. She is a friendly and trustworthy person who will take all the stress off you to find and book your holiday, also will come up with some ideas that you may not have thought of. You can’t go wrong by using Lorraine’s services and I for one will be using her help with other holidays going forward."

    Mary Yeardley

  • "She was very patient"

"Lorraine diligently hunted out some late options for a Croatian cruise in busy season and answered my sporadic questions quickly and clearly. She was very patient! It's not quite our Plan A, but we have an exciting-looking cruise booked for September and we're looking forward to it. Thank you!"

    Steve Moore

  • "She came up with exactly what we wanted"

"We booked a Scandinavia cruise through Lorraine and had a wonderful time. I gave Lorraine our dates and she came up with exactly what we wanted! Thank you"

    Rebecca Leonard

  • "The whole process was easy & straightforward"

"Lorraine recently allayed many of our fears as we have never done a cruise before. With her knowledge and experience, she was able to recommend two cruise lines and we are all booked for our first ever cruise! Lorraine booked everything for us which made the whole process easy and straightforward."

    Lorraine Deacon

  • "I would definitely recommend her"

"I've just booked a cruise for next year through Lorraine. She has been great, answering my incessant questions and finding us the cabins we wanted. I would definitely recommend her."
